Earnings & Income Disclaimer
Effective date: July 11, 2026
Learn Surplus provides education about surplus funds and related business activities. We make no promise, representation, or guarantee that you will earn income, recover funds, secure a client, or achieve any particular business result by using our information, attending a training, or following a strategy discussed in our materials.
1. No guaranteed results
Your results depend on many factors that are outside our control, including your experience, skill, effort, time, resources, market conditions, jurisdiction, compliance with applicable law, ability to find and serve clients, and business decisions. You may earn nothing and may lose money. Starting and operating a business involves risk.
2. Examples are not typical results
Revenue figures, recovered-fund amounts, case counts, testimonials, success stories, and other examples describe specific experiences or historical business activity. They are provided for illustration and do not state or imply what the average or typical participant will earn. We do not currently have reliable data establishing any particular typical participant earnings. You should therefore assume that individual examples are exceptional, not typical.
3. Revenue is not profit
Any reference to revenue, fees, commissions, or gross earnings does not necessarily reflect profit. Business expenses may include advertising, data, software, professional services, licensing, taxes, travel, contractors, refunds, and other costs. Your net income, if any, will be lower after expenses and taxes.
4. Forward-looking statements
Statements about potential opportunities, future demand, possible earnings, or expected outcomes are opinions and estimates only. They are not promises and may prove inaccurate due to changes in laws, markets, technology, competition, or other circumstances.
5. Testimonials and endorsements
Testimonials reflect the honest experience of the person providing them at the time given, but individual experiences vary. A testimonial should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you—or anyone else—will achieve the same or similar outcome.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating any strategy before acting on it. Conduct your own due diligence, use sound judgment, and consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, and financial professionals about your circumstances. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, investment, financial, or accounting advice.
